We are delighted with the
partnership and support of the vendors who supply services and solutions to
Datatel clients nationwide. CHUGADUG is happy to have contributions from
many of these vendors. As our conference nears, please take a look at who
will be joining us June 23rd-25th, 2003 at Mount St. Mary's
College in Los Angeles, CA.
Conference Logistical Information
Housing
For those exhibitors interested in residing on our campus during the
conference, please call 310-954-4330. Lisa Melou is your contact and she
will help you with any questions you might have.
Parking
Our attendees and exhibitors who will be driving to campus each day, will be
given a temporary parking pass at Registration. Please let the volunteer
know that you will need a pass. This temporary parking pass is good for
the length of the conference.
Exhibitor Setup/Breakdown
There will be a CHUGADUG volunteer on campus starting on Sunday, June 22nd
at 9am. Please plan on using Sunday to set up your area. There will
be some time early Monday morning for setup, however, Registration opens at
7:30am and the Welcome begins at 9:00am. It would be helpful to have
everything ready to go by the time the Welcome session ends.
Shipping Information
If you are planning to ship any items to us to be used for the CHUGADUG
conference, please have the items shipped to:

Exhibitor Hours
Monday - 9:15am - 4:00pm (times subject to change slightly)
Tuesday - 9:15am - 4:00pm (times subject to change slightly)
Wednesday - 9:15am - 10:30am (optional)
There are scheduled breaks for conference attendees to come and visit the exhibit area. We invite all of our exhibitors to join us at the continental breakfasts, lunches, Wine & Cheese and off-campus Social Event.
